Second, drilling grouting and sealing
Due to the technical requirements of drilling, it is necessary to drill the borehole oil pipe and grout and pipe cement. Different grouting methods can be used depending on the inclination and use.
1. When the technical requirements for elevation drilling are low, the grouting pipe can be directly buried between the casing and the rock wall, and the grouting pipe can be fixed after pre-sealing.
2, the elevation angle drilling technology requirements are high, the length and length of the grouting pipe between the pre-buried hole sleeve and the rock wall are required (the short pipe length is generally 3 to 5 meters, and the long pipe length is generally smaller than the hole sleeve 0.5 m. After pre-sealing) Firstly, the short pipe low pressure grouting and solid pipe shall be implemented, and the long pipe high pressure grouting and solid pipe shall be implemented after the initial grouting solidification.
3. When the lower corner drilling technical requirements are lower, the casing shall be firstly laid at a depth of 2 meters below the predetermined depth of the oil casing. Then, the casing is constructed (taking into account the depth of rock dust deposition). The mud solid pipe is directly poured between the casing and the rock wall. It should be noted that the semi-fluid slurry must be poured first to block the gap at the bottom of the casing.
