High-pressure cock valve is an important component to connect high-pressure manifold during cementing, cementing and fracturing operations, and it is also suitable for other high-pressure fluid control. The cock valve is mainly composed of valve body, sealing arc, cock and other parts.

 

The end connection of high pressure cock valve has three fastening types: non-cock valve, LP internal thread connection and LP external thread connection. At the same time, high pressure cock valve with base can be designed according to customer's requirements.

Strict heat treatment ensures that the joints have uniform metallographic structure and pressure bearing capacity. The materials used are fully in line with ASTM and AISI standards. The technical specifications of the products are fully in line with API Spec 6A standards. The joints can be connected by pipeline threads, tubing threads, butt welded or non-pressure sealed ends.

Whether it is used in normal or low temperature environment, it can be opened freely and operated flexibly; the pressure seal between the sealing arc and the valve body is realized by a square sealing ring; the maintenance and maintenance of the valve body seal need not be removed from the pipeline, and special tools are not needed when disassembling. The cock valve can be repaired by replacing the square sealing ring or sealing arc during maintenance. The cock after precision processing has excellent anticorrosive performance after coating. Under the working condition, the sealing arc has elastic deformation, which can ensure the reliable sealing between the liquid flow and the cock. The contact surface between the sealing arc and the metal of the cock is processed with high precision, so that the sealing performance between the sealing arc and the cock is excellent: the position of the visible valve body: the visible rotary position limiter on the cock cover is clear.
